TVA Shared Housing<\/h3>\n

TVA Shared Housing is our response to what AARP calls “the missing middle” in senior housing. We’re dedicated to bringing our members together to share under-used housing spouse by allowing them to room together (think college roommates with a dose of maturity and wisdom added). This has the benefit of reducing housing costs for all, while providing companionship with like-minded people. A true Win\/Win. <\/p>\n

AgeSafe<\/h3>\n

TVA’s AgeSafe program brings member services into local communities enabling seniors to age-in-place (and in community) the way they choose. <\/p>\n

AgeSafe offers members to remain in their own homes longer and more safely than current options allow. It provides a “virtual assisted living” service by bringing in vetted partners of services one may receive in assisted living but at a fraction of the cost.<\/p>\n

AgeSafe also offers personalized placement services for those needing assisted or other senior living options outside their own home. <\/p>\n
